Assigning Deliveries, Pickups, and Other Tasks to Drivers
The driver schedule is a useful feature that allows you to assign deliveries, pickups, and other tasks to your drivers.
To access the driver schedule, navigate to the left side menu, click on "Logistics", and then select "Driver Schedule".

A schedule will be displayed on your screen. On the left side, you can view all pending deliveries and pickups (green rectangle), while the drivers' names are listed on the top part of the schedule (red rectangle). You can modify the view of the schedule using the various buttons highlighted in the blue square.

As you use the system to schedule tasks for your drivers, you will notice different colours displayed within the schedule. Each colour represents a different type of task or stage in the process. Please review what each colour code represents below.

However, if you ever want to remember what each colour means while using Pallet Connect, simply click the exclamation mark icon located in the top left corner.

Scheduling a Delivery or Pickup
To schedule a delivery or pickup for a driver, simply drag the corresponding task from the left column and drop it under the driver's name. You will then be prompted to select a dock door for the driver to load the truck at your facility. If you don't have a specific dock door for the task, you can leave the field blank by clicking the red button.

Scheduling Other Tasks
To schedule tasks other than pickups or deliveries, click on the desired time slot under the driver's name on the schedule. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the task details and select a colour code to represent the type of task. After entering the necessary information, click "Save" to add it to the driver's schedule.
