Can invoices be marked "paid" in Pallet Connect, when they are paid in Quickbooks?

1. An invoice can be marked as paid in Quickbooks but the payment also be reflected in Pallet Connect.

TIP! The invoice MUST have originated in Pallet Connect and have been exported to Quickbooks.

See below for the additional set up required.

 

2. Navigate to the main menu. Click "Settings"

 

3. Click "System Settings"

 

4. Click "Export Config"

 

5. Ensure that "Use Accounting System Webhooks" is enabled.

Click "Save Settings"

 

6. When the invoice is paid in Quickbooks, it will automatically be paid in Pallet Connect.
