On the export data page. Connect to your QuickBooks/Xero.
A new button will show labelled “Clear Mapping”.
Click this, then choose which type of mapping you want to clear.
Item: The mapping of Stock Items in Pallet Connect to Items/Products in QuickBooks. Used to reduce lookups on existing items.
Contacts: The mapping of the Contact in Pallet Connect to the Contact in QuickBooks. Used to reduce lookups on existing contacts.
Tax Code: The mapping of the tax rate in Pallet Connect to the code in QuickBooks. i.e. a custom tac rate in Pallet Connect to a 7% state tax in Quick Books.
Account Code: The mapping of your stock categories to you’re your QuickBooks accounts. i.e. Purchase of recycled pallets goes to Cost of Goods Sold.
