Creating a Brokered Vendor Pickup Request with a Linked Affiliate

1. . This article explains how to create a brokered Vendor request, when there is an Affiliate already linked to the Vendor.

The article will focus on a request that needs to be picked up by an Affiliate.

2. Navigate to the main menu and click "Brokerage"

3. Click "New Pickup Or Drop-off"

4. Click on the selected Vendor from the drop down list.

5. The system shows which Affiliate is linked to the Vendor.

6. Click "Pickup Required"

7. Click "No" if pallets are NOT going to be counted at time of pick up. This creates an "unprocessed trailer" or "trailer load" on the request. This is the more common scenario for a pick up.

8. Trailer fees can be applied here - see related article on setting up Vendor fees.

9. Click "No" or "Yes" depending if this is a trailer switch.

In this article, "no" is chosen.

10. Click "Next"

11. Click these fields to add transport fees.

12. Click these fields to review the pick up address.

13. Click "Next"

14. Click here to add the date and time of pick up.

15. Click these fields to add optional reference numbers and shipping hours.

16. Click "Next"

17. Add files and/or comments if needed. Then click "Confirm Pick Up".

18. Review the information and click "Confirm" to save.

19. Click "Review" to see full details of the transaction.

20. An Affiliate Linked Pickup request has been created for the Vendor.

21. Click here to view the linked transaction.

22. An Affiliate Pending Charge has also been created for the Affiliate.

23. Once the pallet count has been entered by admin, the transaction is finalized.

The request automatically turns into an Affilliate Linked Rebate for the Vendor.

TIP! The count can also be entered directly by the Affiliate from the email link that is sent or from the Affiliate portal - see related articles.

24. Click here to view the linked transaction.

25. The Affiliate Linked Pending charge now automatically becomes the Affiliate Charge, for the Affiliate.
