Documents included in a Production Pack
1. The Production Pack includes 6 documents:
MATERIAL SUMMARY, DATA SHEET, COPY OF ORDER, LOAD SHEET, DELIVERY SLIP and ATTACHMENTS.
Pallet Connect allows the user to view these documents electronically and download them as a PDF version. However there is an option to print the documents, if needed.
2. The production pack can be accessed from the Pending list page

3. It can also be accessed from the order or invoice screen.

4. PICK UP SLIP/DELIVERY SLIP: This can be printed out for the driver. It is used to confirm the items and quantities that were actually delivered. There is space for the driver and customer to sign the form.
It can be referred to as a BOL (Bill of Lading) or POD (Proof of Delivery).
TIP! There is an electronic version available to a Driver, within their view of the Pallet Connect app.

5. MATERIAL SUMMARY: This is a list of the items and materials needed to complete the order. This can be printed for reference in the warehouse.

6. DATA SHEET: This includes a build list, the components and materials needed to build the items on the order. Notes and comments are also included. This can be printed for reference in the warehouse.

7. COPY OF ORDER/ PICK UP REQUEST: This is a copy of the items and quantity ordered.

8. LOAD SHEET: This can be printed for shipping and receiving to reference.
It confirms the items and quantity that have been loaded into the truck.
TIP! An electronic version of this step in Pallet Connect is "Quality Check".

Tip! If there have been any attachments added to the order, these can also be downloaded or printed as part of the production pack. These can include PDFs or images.
