How can I add taxes on invoice?

There are two setting that affect tax.

First you can set a contact to have tax applied or not.

Second, the item can have tax applied or not

If you have a customer that has apply tax on, but you are selling an item that has apply tax off. Then that order could have a mix of some items with tax and some without.
