1. Pallet Connect is dedicated to providing support to users to ensure they have optimal experience when using the system, therefore support can be accessed from every screen.
Navigate to the main tool bar on the top right side of the screen. There is access to this from every screen in Pallet Connect.

2. Click here on the question mark icon, to get started.
3. A Chat pop-up window opens.
A history of previous chats are displayed and can be reviewed.
To start a new chat click on the "plus" button.
4. To access the knowledge base articles, click on "help" button.
5. Browse categories or use the search bar to look for particular articles.
6. To ask questions to the AI powered Chat Bot, click on "chat".
7. Type in your question to the text box and click on send.
TIP! When chatting with the Bot please try and use clear direct language, terminology common in the Pallet Connect system and details e.g. which screen this refers to.
8. The Bot will give the most accurate answer based on the information given in the question.
9. Related articles will also be displayed.
The user is able to tell the Bot if the question was answered.
If the "thumbs up" emoji is chosen, another question can be asked or the conversation will close.
If the "thumbs down" is chosen the user can choose to transfer to a member of the support team, close the conversation or ask an additional question.
10. If "transfer" is typed into the chat then the Bot will transfer to a member of the support team. A member of the support team will personally respond in a timely manner.
TIP! Leave an email address for the support team to be able to reply.
TIP! Live chat with the support team is available from 9AM EST to 4PM EST, Monday to Friday.
An additional message can be typed into the text box.
