How to access support from Pallet Connect
1. Pallet Connect is dedicated to providing support to users to ensure they have optimal experience when using the system, therefore support can be accessed from every screen.
TIP! The guide articles can also be accessed at support.palletconnect.com
Navigate to the main tool bar on the top right side of the screen. There is access to this from every screen in Pallet Connect.
2. Click here on the question mark icon.

3. A pop up window will appear. The preliminary support is from Bot.

4. Bot will provide some help articles related to the screen the user is on.
There is space for the user to ask Bot a question and related articles will populate.
Multiple questions can be asked.

5. If further assistance is needed then click "Leave a message".

6. Another window appears to generate a support ticket.
Fill in the contact information and provide details of the question or concern.
A member of the support team will personally respond in a timely manner.
