How To Capture Production from a Workstation

1. This article provides information on how to capture production from a workstation.

2. From the main menu, click "Productivity"

3. Click "Capture Production"

4. Chosen the selected production, for example, click "Capture Build"

5. For the "select employee" portion of the process, click on the active workstation from the list.

NOTE: The list icon for a workstation differs from an employee.

6. Workstation seats will appear. The number of seats will correspond to the total of seats set up in the workstation profile.

7. Click on the employee name from the list, for each seat.

8. NOTE: "Empty Seat" can be chosen if the seat was not occupied by an employee during production.

9. Items scheduled to the workstation will appear as "scheduled". Click on the selected item.

10. If a different item is needed. Click the "Start Typing To Search" field to look up stock items. Scheduled and unscheduled items will be available.

11. Enter the quantity produced. In this example, the quantity of pallets built.

12. Click here to delete and select a different item.

13. Click "Add Another Item" to capture production on an additional item.

Click on "Scan Barcodes" if applicable.

14. Click "Save" to complete the capture.

15. Choose to print labels, if enabled.

16. To view production, click "Productivity Summary" from the menu.

17. Click this text field to alter the date range.

18. Click on a date range from the list or use the calendar.

19. The summary can be filtered by production type, for example, select the "BUILD" option.

20. The summary can be filtered by employee, for example, Select the workstation.

21. If "show details" and "show seats" is selected, then the summary report will show each employee assigned to the workstation and the associated labour costs.
