How To Capture Running Job Production for a Workstation

1. This article explains how to capture running job production from a Workstation.

2. From the main menu, click "Productivity"

3. Click "Capture Production"

4. Click "Running Production Jobs"

5. Click "Add New Job"

6. Select the production type, for example, click "Build"

7. For the "select employee" portion of the process, click on the active workstation from the list.

NOTE: The list icon for a workstation differs from an employee.

8. Workstation seats will appear. The number of seats will correspond to the total of seats set up in the workstation profile.

Click on the employee name from the list, for each seat.

NOTE: "Empty Seat" can be chosen if the seat was not occupied by an employee during production.

9. Click the "Start Typing To Search" field to look for an item.

10. Click on the selected item to add.

11. Enter the quantity expected. In this example, the quantity of pallets to be built.

12. Click "Save" to complete.

13. This will now show up as an active Running Job. Click on the item to begin.

14. Click this field to add the input quantity.

15. Add the quantity and click "Complete"

16. Click this button to add the quantity.

17. Added items will be listed below.

Continue with remaining items and when new quantities are added.

18. Continue this process for the output quantity.

19. When all quantities are inputted, click "complete job" to save.

NOTE: When starting the job, start the timer to keep track of time taken for the task.

20. Choose to print labels, if enabled.

21. To view production, click "Productivity Summary" from the menu.

22. Click this text field to alter the date range. The report can be filtered by production type e.g. build, and by workstation/employee.

23. If "show details" and "show seats" is selected, then the summary report will show each employee assigned to the workstation and the associated labour costs.
