There are times when the delivery method of an order changes, after the order has been created. This article explains how to change an order's delivery method between "Delivery" and "Customer Collect".
1. Click Menu.
2. Expand Customers.
3. Click Order History.
4. Select the order from the list.
5. Click Menu from the slide out screen.
6. Click Edit.
7. Uncheck the Deliver check box.
Note: To change the order from pick-up to delivery, this option must be checked.
8. Click Save Changes.
9. In Order History, the order will now show as Customer to Collect.
Note: If the order was changed from Customer Pickup to Delivery, it will show as Transport to be Assigned.
