How to Edit the Backdate Settings
"Transaction Max Backdate Days" is a system-wide setting in Pallet Connect that controls how far back users can date transactions. This setting allows administrators to define the maximum number of days an entry can be backdated, helping ensure accurate record-keeping, while maintaining appropriate flexibility for operational needs.
Once configured, the selected limit applies across the entire system, affecting all users and transaction types. Kindly follow the steps below to update the backdate settings.
- From the Main Menu > Settings > System Settings.

2. Click this search bar and enter the word 'back' or 'backdate'. User should see the option for 'Transaction Max Backdate Days' setting. The setting can be found in the Application section of the System Settings menu.

3. Enter the number of days preferred to show in the system. Note that this will update the entire site's backdate feature.

4. Once the user entered the days, click 'Save Settings'.
