How to manually send Order details via Email to a Customer

 

1. Pallet Connect has automated email settings but this article looks at how an order can also be sent manually.

TIP! SHORTCUT: Type the order number into the global search tool, located in the top right corner of each page. This will bypass steps 2-4.

TIP! Automatic email settings can be changed under the System Settings tab and also in the contact details of a customer profile.

 

2. Navigate to the main menu. Click "Customers"

 

3. Click "Current Orders"

 

4. Click on the selected order from the list.

 

5. Click "Menu"

 

6. Click "Send as email"

 

7. There is a toggle button to choose if the order will be included.

 

8. There is a toggle button to choose whether to "Include Proforma Invoice"

 

9. Click this field to add the email addresses. Multiple addresses can be added.

 

10. Click this field to add an additional message.

 

11. Click "Send email"

 

12. The email will be visible from the order page, under the email log. It will show as a manual email.

 

13. Click "Close" to complete.
