How to Place a Customer Account On Hold

1. When a Customer Account is placed on hold, this will also put any orders for this Customer on hold. The hold can be reversed, see related article.

TIP! SHORTCUT: Type the Customer name into the global search, located in the top right corner of each screen. This will bypass steps 2 - 4.

 

 

2. Navigate to the main menu. Click "Customers"

 

3. Click "Manage Customers"

 

4. Click on the selected Customer, from the list.

 

5. Click "Place Account On Hold"

 

6. The profile will now be marked "Account is on hold"

 

7. Click "Save" to complete.

 

8. Click "×" to return to the Manage Customers page.
