How to Reactivate a Customer account

1. When a Customer account that has been deactivated, it has NOT been deleted and can be retrieved. This article outlines how to reactivate a Customer account.

 

2. There are two ways to search for the profile of an Inactive Customer.

Option #1:Navigate to the main menu. Click "Customers"

 

3. Click "Manage Customers"

 

4. From the Manage Customer page, click "Show Inactive" toggle button.

 

5. Click on the selected Customer from the list, to open the Customer Profile.

TIP! Inactive Customers are marked with an 'X' on the list.

 

6. Option #2: From any page, click on the global search tool, located at the top right of a page.

 

7. Type in the Customer name.

TIP! The Inactive Customer will be displayed as crossed through, to indicate it is not active.

 

8. Once the Customer profile has been located. Click the "Options" tab.

 

9. Click the "Active" field, to check off the text field.

 

10. Click "Save" to complete.

 

11. Click "×" to return to "Manage Customers"

 

12. The Customer will now appear on the "Manage Customers" page and will have a checkmark, to indicate it is active.
