Learn how to remove the “X of X” add-on displayed next to PO numbers on Bills of Lading (BOLs) to avoid customer confusion. This number is added when orders are created on the same day with the same PO number. Sample Scenario: A customer’s PO number is 18893672, but the BOL displays it as 18893672 (5 of 28). Use this process to remove the “5 of 28” add-on so the customer only sees the PO number 18893672.
1. Click Menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click System Settings.
4. In the Search field, type show same
5. Go to Show Same Po Count On Transactions and disable the toggle bar.
6. Click Save Settings.
