Efficiently modify stack quantities for an item associated with a specific customer contact. This is useful when a customer has specific stacking requirements, such as always stacking pallets 20 high.
1. From the main menu, go to Customers.
2. Click Manage Customers.
3. Select the customer from the list.
Alternatively type the customer name into the global search tool, to locate the customer profile.
4. Click Edit Contact.
5. Click the Linked Stock Items tab.
6. Set the number of stack in the Quantity/Stack field for the corresponding linked stock item.
NOTE: If the item is not yet linked, use the search bar to look up the item, and add.
7. NOTE: Quantity / Loads and Quantity / Load can also be selected.
8. Click Save.
9. NOTE: The stack quantity will now be saved for the customer's linked item NOT for the item in general.
