How to Set Up Loading Times for a Customer's Delivery

1. If a Customer has a consistent load time when the driver is at their facility, it is possible to add an expected load time in the Customer profile. This is useful when scheduling the logistics of the Customer's delivery.

This article explains how to set up the load time.

2. From the main menu, click "Customers".

3. Click "Manage Customers"

4. Click on the selected Customer from the list.

5. From the contact dashboard, click "Edit Contact"

6. Click the "Physical Address" tab.

7. Click this number field to add the estimated load/offload time.

8. Click "Save" to complete.

This information is now available to use when planning logistics.

NOTE: If there is no load time recorded in a Customer profile, the load time in the schedule will default to 60 minutes.

9. Click on "Logistics" from the main menu, then "Driver Schedule".

10. The estimated load time now shows for unscheduled tasks.

11. The estimated load time is used when scheduling and will auto calculate the end time of a delivery/pick-up.

NOTE: The load time will work with Google Travel Time, if enabled, to calculate the length of the task.

See related article on Setting up Google Travel Time.

12. When clicking into a scheduled task to see the details, the "Load Time" is displayed.
