How to Set Up Loading Times for a Vendor's Pick Up Request
1. If a Vendor has a consistent load time when the driver is at their facility, it is possible to add an expected collection time in the Vendor profile. This is useful when scheduling the logistics of the Vendor's delivery.
This article explains how to set up the load time.
2. From the main menu, click "Vendors" then click "Manage Vendors".
3. Click on the selected Vendor from the list.
4. Click "Edit Contact"
5. Click the "Physical Address" tab.
6. Click this number field to add the estimated time for collection.
7. Click "Save" to complete.
This information is now available to use when planning logistics.
NOTE: If there is no load/collection time recorded in a Vendor profile, the time in the schedule will default to 60 minutes.
8. Click on "Logistics" from the main menu, then click "Driver Schedule".
9. The estimated load time now shows for unscheduled tasks.
10. The estimated load time is used when scheduling and will auto calculate the end time of a delivery/pick-up.
NOTE: The load time will work with Google Travel Time, if enabled, to calculate the length of the task.

11. When clicking into a scheduled task to see the details, the "Load Time" is displayed.
