How to Troubleshoot the Pallet Connect Mobile App

This guide is designed to help users troubleshoot the most frequent issues encountered in the Pallet Connect System Mobile App.

1. Completely close the app and relaunch it. Sometimes the app may freeze or behave unexpectedly if it’s been running in the background for a long time.

2. Quick restart. Turn off your device and turn it on after a few seconds. Restarting your device can clear temporary glitches and refresh system processes.

3. Check if the Mobile App Version is up to date. Pallet Connect releases updates regularly to add features etc. It is therefore important that the user has the updated version of the app.

For Android Users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
  3. Select “Manage apps & device”
  4. Go to “Updates available”
  5. Look for the Pallet Connect System in the list
  6. If you see an “Update” button → tap it
  7. If it says “Open” → your app is already up to date


For iOS or Apple Users:

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
  3. Scroll down to “Available Updates”
  4. Find the Pallet Connect System
  5. Tap “Update” if available
  6. If no update appears → your app is up to date

4. Check if the device's operating system is updated. Running the latest version of your device’s operating system helps ensure the Pallet Connect App works properly. Refer to device settings for instructions on how to check for and install system updates, as steps may vary depending on the device.
