1. This article outlines how to unlink a company from a Head Office location.
TIP! SHORTCUT: Type the Customer name into the global search, located at the top right corner of each page. This will bypass steps 2 -4.
2. Navigate to the main menu. Click "Customers"
3. Click "Customers"
4. Click "Manage Customers"
5. Click on the selected company, from the list.
TIP! When a company is assigned to a Head Office, all sites are colour highlighted to show that they are linked.
6. Click "Unlink From head office" from the Customer profile.
7. Click "Save" to complete.
8. Click "×" to return to the Mange Customer page.
9. The company location is no longer highlighted on the Customer list.
