1. This article explains how to unlink an Affiliate from a Customer profile.
TIP! A linked Affiliate can also be bypassed, during the ordering process, without having to unlink them from the profile.
TIP! SHORTCUT: Type the Customer name into the global search, located in the top right corner of each page. This will bypass steps 2 -4.
2. Navigate to the main menu. Click "Customers"
3. Click "Manage Customers"
4. Click on the selected Customer from the list.
5. Click the "Linked Affiliates" tab.
6. The linked Affiliates are listed in this tab
7. Click the "Unlink" button, connected to the Affiliate to be removed.
8. Click "Save" to complete.
9. Click "×" to return to the Customer list.
