How to Upload Broker Logo to show on Customer Order documents.


1. When completing a Customer order for a Broker, there are different ways to incorporate their paperwork into the transaction. This article focuses on adding a Broker's logo to the Pallet Connect documents.

TIP! Shortcut: Type the Broker name into the global search tool, located at the top right of each page. This will bypass steps 2 - 4.

 

2. Navigate to the main menu. Click "Customers"

 

3. Click "Manage Brokers"

 

4. Click on the selected Broker, from the list.

 

5. Click the "Options" tab.

 

6. Click "Upload Logo". Choose the Broker's logo from the options available on computer.

TIP! Choose a png. or jpeg. file.

 

7. A thumbnail of the selected logo will now appear on the profile. Click "Save" to complete.

TIP! Click on the garbage can icon, to delete the logo.

 

8. Now, when a new Customer Order is completed, using this Broker, the logo will appear. To view the paperwork, use the order transaction screen.

 

9. Click on the menu and choose "view order"

 

10. The logo will be on the order paperwork that is sent to the Customer.

 

11. Click "Menu" and select "Delivery Slip"

 

12. The logo will also appear on the delivery slip/bill of lading, that is sent to the Customer.
