1. The Board Foot Calculator in Pallet Connect is designed to give users a fast and reliable way to calculate board feet based on key dimensions. Instead of manually applying formulas or switching between tools, users can enter thickness, width and length to instantly determine board feet per unit.
- This feature is located in the main tool bar, so it is accessible in all pages. Click the Calculator icon in the top right corner of a page.
2. 2. The Board Foot Calculator will appear in a separate window. Enter the required values in the fields provided, as needed.
For example, entering the thickness, width and length will automatically provide the board feet for one piece.
3. 3. Modify either the quantity or the total board feet and the calculator updates automatically.
Enter a cost value in one of the price fields (per unit, per board foot, or total) and the remaining fields are calculated automatically.
4. 4. To exit, click the “X” button in the top-right corner or select the “Close” button at the bottom of the window.
