Manage KPI Summary View for Users

 

1. Pallet Connect provides KPI (Key Performance Indicators) summaries, for certain user types, in various screens across the system.

This article explains how to hide or enable these KPIs.

This setting affects the following user types: General Manager, Office Admin, Accounting User and Warehouse Manager.

KPIs can be found on the dashboard, see below

2. The summaries are also found on various ordering screens, for example "Order History'.

3. From the Main Menu, click "Users".

4. Click on the selected user's name from the list.

5. Click the "Options" tab from the user profile.

6. Click the "Enable Kpis In Summary Screens" field, for KPIs to be visible. If the box is unchecked the user will not be able to view the summaries.

7. Click "Update User" to save the setting.

8. If disabled, the KPIs are not visible from the dashboard.

9. They will also not visible from the ordering screens.
