1. Price Lists are a useful feature as a pricing tier amount can be changed and affect multiple linked items, without having to click into each contact profile.
NOTE: Price lists for a stock item can also be viewed and changed in the "Price list" tab in the stock item profile.
This article provides an overview of the Manage Price Lists page.
2. Navigate to the main menu and click "Stock".
3. Click "Manage Price Lists"
4. Active Price lists are displayed.
5. The list can be printed and/or exported to Excel.
6. To view details of a price list, click on the selected tier, from the list.
7. Linked stock items are listed. The buying and selling price can be edited by clicking on the number field and saving.
If this price is changed, then this stock item will be changed wherever it is linked and this tier has been selected.
8. To make a price change to ALL items in this tier, click here to enter an amount.
9. Then click "Apply as number" or "Apply as percent". All prices will be adjusted.
10. Click this dropdown to copy prices from another price list.
11. Click the "Future Pricing" tab to set upcoming price changes.
12. From this tab, a new price can be entered and then the date this price will be effective can be selected.
13. Click "Update Price List" to save any changes.
14. To add a new pricing tier. Click "Add New Price List"
15. Click the "Item Name" field.
16. Click "Create Price List" to save.
17. The tier will now appear on the list. Click on the new price list to set the details.
