This article explores how to set up the feature and how to exclude a contact from the setting.
2. Navigate to the main menu. Click "Settings"
3. Click "System Settings"
4. Click this search field and type "scrap" or search for the setting in "Production" section of the System Settings.
5. Click this number field to set the percentage of scrap per trailer load.
6. Click this dropdown to choose the item name e.g. "Scrap".
7. Click "Save Settings" to complete.
8. The percentage will now be automatically added to a Rebate after a count.
In the Rebate shown the scrap was set at 10%. There were 200 items counted, therefore 20 items will be listed as Scrap.
9. To exclude a Vendor from the Setting: Click "Edit Contact", from the contact dashboard.
10. Click the "Options" tab.
11. Click the "Ignore Default Scrap Percent Setting" field.
12. Click "Save" to complete. The scrap percentage will not be automatically calculated for this contact.
