My emails aren't being sent - I get a "Too old" error

 

Pallet Connect makes every effort to deliver your email successfully, there are times where it is out of our control and you may receive an error. These errors typically include information for the reason the email was not delivered, in the case of the "Too old" error, this is an error we receive from the recipient email server when the server does not accept the email for longer than 8 hours.

The recipient email server does not provide us with enough information to understand the reason for the delivery failure.

You will need to reach out to the recipient's IT department to get the domain "mailer.palletconnect.com" whitelisted or for more information regarding the rejections

Our system is showing that emails are not being received by you from {your company name}

I have been asked to request that you “Whitelist” our email please.

You will need to get an IT person to whitelist the sending domain mailer.palletconnect.com.
