Overview of the General Schedule
1. The General Schedule screen is a useful snapshot of all the shift and task schedules in Pallet Connect.
TIP! Tasks and shifts cannot be added from the General Schedule, it is meant as an overview only.

2. Navigate to the Main Menu. Click "General Schedule"

3. Click these buttons to toggle through dates.
Click "today" to show present day only.

4. Click "Overview" to see a different view of the schedules.

5. The Overview shows a list view of the schedules per day.

6. On the left side of the schedule is a list of all employees and users that are scheduled in Pallet Connect. These are Drivers, Forklift Drivers, Production Machines and Production Employees.

7. Click on the minus button to collapse a department. This allows the user to focus on a particular department only.

8. For the Drivers, assigned deliveries and pickups are displayed. These are scheduled in the Driver Schedule page.
Click on the task from the schedule to view details.

9. Basic information on the task is displayed. For further details, click "View Transaction"

10. A pop up screen will show the Transaction details. Click "Close" to return to the General Schedule.

11. If a production task has been scheduled if will show up for employees. These are added from the various production schedules - Cut, Build and Heat Treat.
Forklift drivers are scheduled tasks from the Loading Schedule.

12. If a shift has been added for employees, it will also be displayed. These shifts are scheduled in the Shift schedule page.
