Overview of the Order Predictor page


1. This article will show how to utilize the Order Predictor.

Overview: Order Predictor is a useful feature to help anticipate the orders per customer. This is based on historical data. The system uses this data to determine a pattern in ordering frequency and stock items. Note: This is ONLY a predictor, the data can't be modified and the information still needs to be checked by a user.

Go to the Main Menu > Click Customers

2. Click "Order Predictor (Beta)"

3. The user can choose the kind of view based on their preference. There is an option to show a day, week and month calendar view.

4. The total number of orders for the day, plus pallet types, are shown in a text box at the top of the calendar view.

5. Open Customer Orders and Expected Orders are shown separately and in different colours. Hover the computer mouse over an order to see more details.

"Order" shows the information from a current Customer order.

"Expected" uses information from previous orders to predict the stock item and quantity the Customer is expected to order for this date.

6. The Summary at the top right will show the materials needed for all the orders.

For Lumber, the number of pieces needed are shown in brackets and the bd ft is displayed afterwards.

Note: The quantity is for the actual orders and predicted orders combined.
