1. This article explains how Customer Credit Memos are imported into Quickbooks online. This also applies to a contact that is a Vendor and a Customer, and Credit Memos are used instead of Rebates.
2. On the 'export data' page in Pallet Connect, Credit Memos are listed separately from Purchases as they are stored differently.
When ready to export, click "Customer Credit Memo".
Once exported successfully, the Credit Memo will be saved into Quickbooks and can be found in the Customer account.
It will be listed as an "unapplied credit memo". It can then be applied to the Customer within Quickbooks.
