If your company uses Track Locations in QuickBooks Online, Pallet Connect can have each invoice export include the corresponding Location Export Code. This ensures invoices are assigned to the correct location in QBO.
2. In order to match the location name in Quickbooks and Pallet Connect, the user must do the following steps:
NOTE: This must be set for all facilities
- From the Main Menu, click Settings > System Settings.
2. Type 'QB LOCATION EXPORT CODE' in the search tab or go to Export Config.
3. Enter the export code and ensure it matches the code in QuickBooks.
4. Click "Save Settings".
