Tablets Compatible with Pallet Connect

Pallet Connect can run on most tablets or phones, however, at a certain point, Android and Apple no longer support devices that run on older operations systems.  It is recommended that a device that is supported by the manufacturer is chosen. 

For iPad: iOS 11 or greater is recommended.

For Android: 11 is preferred but it will run on as low as 5.1

 

For iOS, the list below shows the oldest versions of iPads that will run Pallet Connect. 

Any devices newer than these will also be able to run the system. 

  • 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2nd generation)
  • 12.9-inch iPad Pro (1st generation)
  • iPad Pro (10.5-inch)
  • iPad Pro (9.7-inch)
  • iPad Air 2
  • iPad Air
  • iPad (6th generation)
  • iPad (5th generation)
  • iPad mini 4
  • iPad mini 3
  • iPad mini 2

 

As for Android, below is an example of different Samsung tablets that can run Pallet Connect.

Please note, there are many other Android tablets that can run the system, as long as it is version 5.1 or greater.
