Understanding the Order Predictor columns in the Manage Customers Page.

1. This article will feature the Order Predictor columns in the Manage Customers page.

What is the Order Predictor?
It is a useful feature that forecasts future orders or order volume per customer. This will be based on historical data and will help predict future orders. It can be used for both pick-up and delivery.

NOTE: The Order Predictor is a tab in the Customer section of the menu. See related article.

The information in the Manage Customers page cannot be edited as it solely depends on the historical data of the customer and is auto-generated from the Order Predictor.

First step, From the main menu, click "Customers"

2. Click "Manage Customers"

3. It allows each column to be sorted by clicking the arrow in the column header. In the example below, the column “Next Expected Order Notice” is being used.

Expected Order Frequency – shows the usual frequency of deliveries based on previous orders.

Expected Order Notice – shows the number of days in advance an order is expected to be requested or placed.

Next Expected Order Notice – shows the date when the next order notice is expected, based on order history.

Next Expected Delivery Date – shows the date when the next delivery is expected.

Expected Pickup Frequency – shows the usual frequency of pickups based on previous orders.

Expected Pickup Notice – shows the number of days in advance a pickup is expected to be requested or placed.

Next Expected Pickup Date – shows the date when the next pickup is expected.

4. A caution/warning sign can show next to the date. ⚠️ This means an order has not been placed before the expected date, or an order has not been completed before the delivery/pick-up date.
