Understanding the Pallet Connect settings screen

In order for Pallet Connect to be used as clearly as possible it is important that the settings reflect your companies requirements. 

 

The settings screen is grouped in Categories, These categories can be navigated on the left hand side of the settings screen. 

 

TIP! Only a "General Manager" user type can access System Settings. 

 

each category can contain multiple options. 

  • All settings
    • All settings that aren't broken down into categories in the settings on the side of the page.
  • Application 
    • Controls the aspect of the app that will deal with daily procedures like themes ETC
  • Billing
    • Will be what controls the billing options in Pallet Connect for invoices and rebates ETC
  • Company Information
    • Will have personal information of the company like Logo and address ETC.
  • Documents
    • Will assist with pre written notes and headings for delivery notes slips ETC
  • Email Layout
    • pre written email layout for customers, vendors, ETC
  • Email Settings
    • tabs you are able to toggle in order to send emails for invoices and everything that will need an email. 
  • Export Config
    • this is were you will tell Pallet Connect the settings you need in order to export information. 
  • Features
    • Ability to enable or disable different features in Pallet Connect
  • Localization
    • This is where you can set information based on where you are. For example setting language and timezone. 
  • Logistics
    • Setting information for Dock doors and drivers. 
  • Production
    • Scrap information like items and percent.

Settings are applied for Facility unless otherwise stated.
