User Access Summary List

 

1. This article outlines the functionalities of each user profile. 

The General Manager has full access to the system, however other profiles do have some access limitations.  This creates a customized user experience for each group:

2. General Manager[[ -> Full access]]

The General Manager is the highest access level of Pallet Connect.

3. Office Admin

  • Cannot add users
  • Cannot access system settings
  • CAN see reports, schedules, stock items, employee info and pricing.

4. Accounts

  • Cannot add users
  • Cannot access system settings
  • Cannot capture production
  • Cannot access employee shift schedule
  • Cannot access driver/production schedules 

5. CSR

  • Cannot add users
  • Cannot access system settings
  • Cannot capture production
  • Cannot add/edit contacts
  • Cannot add/edit stock items
  • Cannot add/edit services
  • Cannot access employee shift schedule
  • Cannot access schedules (driver/production)
  • Cannot capture production
  • CAN ONLY ACCESS  ACCOUNTS ALLOCATED TO THEM

6. Warehouse Managers

  • Cannot add users
  • Cannot add/edit credit memos
  • Cannot add/edit customer orders
  • Cannot add/edit purchase orders – can receive purchase orders
  • Cannot access system settings
  • No financial information is shown 
  • No pricing is shown
  • Cannot add/edit contacts
  • Cannot add/edit stock items
  • Cannot add/edit services
  • Cannot edit/delete existing orders
  • Cannot access payroll

7. Warehouse Users

  • Cannot add new transactions (except completed rebates)
  • Cannot add/edit users
  • Cannot access system settings
  • No financial information is shown
  • No pricing is shown
  • Cannot add/edit credit memos
  • Cannot add/edit customer orders
  • Cannot add/edit purchase orders – can receive purchase orders
  • Cannot access quote list
