The General Manager has full access to the system, however other profiles do have some access limitations. This creates a customized user experience for each group:

- Cannot add users

- CAN see reports, schedules, stock items, employee info and pricing.
4. Accounts
- Cannot add users

- Cannot access employee shift schedule
- Cannot access driver/production schedules
5. CSR
- Cannot add users

- Cannot add/edit contacts
- Cannot add/edit stock items

- Cannot access schedules (driver/production)

6. Warehouse Managers
- Cannot add users
- Cannot add/edit credit memos
- Cannot add/edit customer orders
- Cannot add/edit purchase orders – can receive purchase orders
- Cannot access system settings
- No financial information is shown
- No pricing is shown
- Cannot add/edit contacts
- Cannot add/edit stock items

7. Warehouse Users
- Cannot add new transactions (except completed rebates)
