Warehouse Manager - User View

Pallet Connect has various User types. This allows different team members to have a varied access of the system, depending on their role.

This article will explain which features a "Warehouse Manager" user group can view when they log into the Pallet Connect platform.

Warehouse Manager:
Warehouse Managers do not have access to financial information. However, they have full operational access to transactions.
Note that Warehouse Managers will NOT have access to the Global Search Tool. Instead, they can utilize the "Pending" list to edit transactions.

They can open the side menu and use the Current Orders, Current Requests, etc. tabs and search for invoice numbers from there.

The slide below shows an example of the Warehouse Manager log-in and Main Menu.

A User that is able to "Manage Users" e.g. General Manager, can further customize the information/features the Warehouse Manager user can access. To modify the user's access, go to Users > Manage Users.

The following can be enabled/disabled from the Options tab of the User profile:

Accept System Emails

Accept End Of Day Reports

Accept End Of Day Log Reports

Can View Pay Rates

Can Manage Users

Can Manage Stock Items

Can Manage Running Jobs

Can Manage Asset Maintenance

Can Approve Transactions

Finalizing Requires Approval

Can Edit Contact Profiles

Notifications are also customizable for this user. The following notification type can be enabled/disabled.

Real-time notification will appear on the top right of the page with the notification bell icon.

After selecting the preferred feature/information that will be available in the user's profile, save it by clicking "Update User".
